• Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (at a minimum charge) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply. Although I give my best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Please refer to our FAQ section to see if the services I offer may be beneficial to you.

• A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (amount varies depending on service) is required in order to book and confirm every new appointment and will go towards your scheduled service. This is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment. I require 48 hours notice if you decide to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you no-show without notice, you will be required to pay an additional deposit if you wish to book again. If you re-schedule your appointment within 3 months, you may still use your same deposit. After 3 months, you will be required to pay another deposit. Deposits are paid online at time of booking through my online schedule or Venmo (@carlymiles). In-person cash deposits also accepted.

• If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, you will be rescheduled.

• If you show up to your appointment sick or with congested sinuses, you will be rescheduled.
